Erica Weden is running for Tony Foundation and we are so grateful for her support!! She is killing it on the 5k's, running at least 1 race per month and training and fundraising in between. We can not be any more proud of you Erica for meeting your goals since the beginning of the year and for helping us support more families. A lot of our supporters may remember a similar "Run for TF" campaign in 2020 with the "TotTrot" that was performed by another loyal supporter. "Hey y’all! First off thank you for clicking the link and taking the time to read more about ‘Rithmatic Run 2022 and its purpose. I am Erica Weden, and I am the one who will be participating in the “running” part of the ‘Rithmatic Run 2022. I am a high school math teacher (hence the ‘Rithmatic), who enjoys running as a stress reliever and enjoys helping people. My goal for 2022 is to sign up for and run one 5k per month for the year, but I want to take this one step further and use these races as a way to help an amazing cause!
Cancer is a disease that affects everyone at some point in their life, whether directly or indirectly. You may be diagnosed at some point, loved ones may be diagnosed, or friends and family of those you love may be diagnosed. Either way, cancer affects everyone. I have had several friends and family members who have been diagnosed, and it is never easy. The Tony Foundation is an amazing foundation that works hard to help make these times a little easier."
