Gabe Erales, a winner of the hit reality TV show on Bravo, Top Chef, has had a dream to open Bacalar to bring his roots from the Yucatan to Austin, TX. Gabe is known for his delicious flavors, sauces, and how he can take any ingredients and deliver.
